Description
The field of business processes includes a set of activities that we carry out for the organization through its individual areas in the design of products or services and value for customers. Digitization of processes means that these activities are carried out digitally. Digital solutions represent a set of possible technical solutions that can be implemented either internally or externally and that autonomously or partially independently perform certain process steps towards optimizing the customer experience, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of process implementation.
